customer service was very helpful. i decided after placing the order that i wanted to add some additional items before it shipped. i chatted to customer service online and they facilitated this in a matter of minutes. shipping, while superficially expensive, was very fast and i was happy with the delivery time (4 days). all in all, excellent, and i will definitely buy from darjeeling tea express in the future.

This was my first experience with Autumnal Darjeeling. It is superb! Product and shipping from darjeeling teaXpress was overall excellent and I plan to order from them again. Unfortunately, I did not see the free shipping for first order notice, so missed out on that. It would be nice if I could get that on my next order instead...(?) Either way, however, the website, the tea itself, and shipping were all excellent. I also appreciate the free sample that came with my order. Overall great experience! Thank you.

Very professional tea dealer. I have ordered 3 shipments so far. The vacum tea bags were even wrapped in a protective softshell. Wide range of variety, and all the teas are very fine quality. I am looking forward to see special sale offers. And I like the tea samlpes, because it is very helpful to decide what to order next time. Amazing how different all the teas are in Darjeeling, and they have only one thing in common: all of them are delicious.

I ordered the teas to be shipped to a friend in the States. My order was dispatched within 6 hours of my order and my friend received it in Maryland USA in 5 days from the order. It was really amazing to see such efficient shipping. And all the teas were fresh and carefully packed in the vacuum packing which my friend really liked as the teas were very fresh as if it has just been plucked. Thank you!

Ordered samples of the various first, second and autumn teas. Received within 5 days from order thanks to Fedex. Tasted all the teas and ordered in larger quantities 2 of the teas. They sent the teas again within 5 days in fresh vacuum packs, the quality of the tea was undeniably better as perhaps the packaging preserved the aroma over the long journey... Loved the teas and would order again!

Darjeeling Tea Express is a good site to order Darjeeling tea. It is fast and not too expensive. I hope they continue to try to build a personal relationship with each of their clients. I hope they keep this friendliness. It would be nice if they expanded to sell tea caddies...made in India. Maybe in pewter? I will recommend this site. I already have!
