The astringency of autumn with the delicacy of spring Review by Jesper
My absolute favourite tea; all categories.
The astringency of an autumn flush with the delicacy of a spring flush makes for a complex, unique aroma and flavour. Nutty, muscatel and sharp, with the balance of almost honey-like smoothness.
The distinct character of this tea is immediately apparent in the dry leaves. Red and brown mix together with green leaves; a truly work of art and craftsmanship in terms of the oxidation procedure.
Okayti is a special garden.

Aroma to its highest Review by Christian, Mexico
Aroma to its highest. The nose is extremely complex, with lots of spices, especially anise, but lots of flowers too. It is truly an “Emperor”, is glorious, pompous. I was deeply impressed right from the moment of opening the bag. I must say Okayti was not one of my favorite gardens but now I have completely changed my mind. Taste is as complex as the aroma, wonderful and elegant in the palate. I strongly recommend this tea as your special choice of the third flush.
