Third (Autumn) Flush Darjeeling Tea

Third Flush Darjeeling Tea harvesting takes place after the rainy season, during autumn. Color of the tea is darker or coppery as compared to first and second flush, and texture is full-bodied.

The autumn flush is harvested in the months of October and November. Its characteristic lies in its large leaves, which when brewed makes for a full bodied and balanced coppery or brownish liquor and round taste. Its flavor is completely distinct from the summer and spring time harvested tea leaves. Autumn flush Darjeeling tea has a delicate as well as sparkling character.
