Shipping Information

We ship to all countries using EMS Speed Post (Indian Post) or Express Service such as DHL/FedEx worldwide excepting to those countries debarred by the Government of India and also deliver to all accessible destinations within India. EMS Speed Post takes upto 10-15 working days for delivery & Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes upto 5 working days for delivery. For shipping to destinations across India, we use Blue Dart/DTDC/First Flight.

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. DHL/FedEx does not deliver DarjeelingTeaXpress orders on Saturday or Sundays.

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FOP Address

For tracing purposes, we ship orders via DHL/FedEx only. DarjeelingTeaXpress cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to DHL/FedEx limitations. DHL/FedEx requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment.
