Raised in the beautiful hills of Darjeeling, the tea folks at DarjeelingTeaXpress experienced at a very young age how to grow and cultivate the tea plants in varying weather conditions. Careful picking of the leaves was a daily routine for them and fermenting the leaves in various lengths of time became their expertise. And when the tea leaves are finally ready, they have been one of the firsts to enjoy and finally savor its varying tastes and flavors.

Doing this for the most part of their life ignited a distinct passion to share this beautiful experience to the world. So in 2010 DarjeelingTeaXpress had its humble beginnings. The scarcity of good Darjeeling teas in places they had been obliged them to think of a way for the “Champagne of Teas” to reach its intended customers who truly appreciate teas of the highest quality.
